Once your DOT pre-employment checks clear — negative drug test, Clearinghouse query, driving record and employment verification — you start driving.
Getting to the yard is on us. We pay your taxi to the yard, or a flight if you live far away.

Questions drivers ask
When do I get paid?
Every week. Your first check comes after a hold: 1 week for company drivers, 2 weeks for lease drivers. The hold is only the delay before your first payment — we don't keep any of your money. After that you're paid weekly.
What does "gross" mean?
The full amount on the rate confirmation for the load: linehaul, fuel surcharge and accessorials such as detention and layover.
Who decides between 70¢/mile and 30%?
The company assigns the pay scheme for each load, depending on the freight.
Is this W-2 or 1099?
Drivers are paid weekly on a 1099 basis. Your recruiter will walk you through the agreement before you start.
How does team pay work?
Team positions are available. Your recruiter will go over team pay with you.
How often can I go home?
Home time is flexible: you decide when you want to go home and let dispatch know.

We do. Send us your ZIP code and we'll send you the paperwork for a clinic near you.
How do I get to the yard?

What do lease drivers pay for?
The Lease-to-Purchase card above lists the truck payment, down payment, fuel, insurance and other costs. Ask your recruiter for the full lease agreement in writing before you sign.
What freight will I haul?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed and power-only loads, over the road.
Can I apply with less than 1 year of experience?
Not right now — we need at least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience.
